All of the civilizations from vanilla, TWC, and TAD at level 131. All cards and customizations are included with 1 sample deck.

The steps to edit an offline HC are outlined in my AOE3 TWC TAD Quick Reference Guide “Misc - Level & Single Play Edit” worksheet. While it is easy to edit a single player HC offline, I am posting this as a time saver. It takes a long time to unlock all the cards and customizations.

It then takes awhile to create decks. I did not create custom decks and I only created one general deck for TAD . If you play vanilla or TWC, just delete the HC’s out of the zip file that you cannot play and create a new deck that will work in your version. I may update this later, but do not hold your breath.

To use the cities in single player:

1.) Download this file.

2.) Open the .zip file

3.) Extract the contents of the .zip file into the “\My Documents\My Games\AOEIII\Savegame” folder

4.) Open up AOE3 and use your new cities

There is no need to delete your old single player cities. In fact, you may have to have 1 city already created in order for your “LastHomeCityY.xml” file to match your dingle player account name.

I know with the new leveling system it is easy to have most of the cards you want to test in a new strategy but this file has every single HC and every single customization already unlocked. So go test some new strategies and enjoy!
